A Sutra for your Sunday

 

When things feel out of reach

Head to the beach

Practice yoga and

Take a breath of fresh air

Go for a surf

Do what ever takes you there

 

To a place that is natural

That sets you free

You don’t have to ‘reach’

You just have to ‘be’

 

Listen to the sound of Om

In the wind and the sea

Enough to untie the habit of hanging on

Let go and you will ‘feel’

You belong

The postures in Yoga have a great way of releasing tension so we can ‘let go’.

The breath in Yoga has a great way of cleaning out stagnation not only in our body but our mind.

Mindfulness in Yoga gives us perspective.

 

Effort over time and a willingness to be with things how they are gives us a way to live fully.
