A Sutra for your Sunday
When things feel out of reach
Head to the beach
Practice yoga and
Take a breath of fresh air
Go for a surf
Do what ever takes you there
To a place that is natural
That sets you free
You don’t have to ‘reach’
You just have to ‘be’
Listen to the sound of Om
In the wind and the sea
Enough to untie the habit of hanging on
Let go and you will ‘feel’
You belong
